Teen Activities

The La Vista Public Library offers many different activities for teens. Below you can find some of the current activities that are ongoing. Teen activities are for students ages 12-18.

Dungeons & Dragons Club

The library's D&D club meets once a month on a Saturday afternoon. To join D&D you will need to talk to Ms. Ashley first to see if there is room for new players. Next Meeting: Saturday, November 19

Teen Café Night

Teen Café Night is held once a month from 6-7 p.m. During this time teens do a fun craft activity and have sweets. Next Meeting: Tuesday, November 29

Teen Game Night

One Thursday night each month the library has teen game night! Game night lasts 2 hours from 5-7 p.m. We provide food for the teens and play some games together. You are welcome to bring your own board/card game to play with the group. NO MEETING PLANNED FOR DECEMBER BECAUSE WE HAVE OUR WINTER BALL

Teen Winter Ball

This teen party will be held Friday, December 9 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. We will have finger food, party games and more! Because this is after the library has closed you do need to RSVP. Come dressed in your favorite holiday attire or costume. Only the first 20 to register can attend. You must be 12+ to come.

Teen Advisory Board (TAB)

TAB is a teen club devoted to supporting the library. They help plan and organize library programs for teens and work on various community service projects throughout the year. To learn more about TAB or to view old meeting minutes from their monthly meetings check out the Teen Advisory Board page.
